Hello,

               I have the qualifications

                     to serve YOU

and want to earn your vote.

Please read my "Common Sense Cowell"

Policies, Platform and Agenda:

Revitalize Economic Opportunities:

Introduce low interest business loans and reduce state tax rates for the first two years to qualified Missourians desiring to start small businesses.

• Deregulate overbearing state restrictions to encourage and incentivize more favorable business opportunities for Missouri citizens and outside investors that allow for economic growth in the private sector.

• Eliminate state income taxes, personal property taxes on vehicles, and repeal the state gasoline tax hikes implemented for the last four years.

Education:

Freedom for Missouri Parents to choose where their children are educated with the tax dollars following the child.

• Raises and bonus incentives for Missouri Teachers based on actual merit and true performance factors.

• Mandate any Missouri Schools funded with any public tax money to require the US and Missouri State Constitutions to be taught to every student before they can graduate.

• Employ certified armed safety officers at all Missouri schools. With the focus of employing military veterans and former first responders.

• Create a process to remove, permanently ban, and prosecute any educators and school board members who violate the civil rights of any Missouri parents/students.

• Introduce a law that prevents any biological males from competing against female only sports and vice-versa (excluding coed sports).

Housing and Property Rights Reforms:

Create a program for first-time home buyer families that offers affordable low interest home loans and incentives for qualified families.

• Implement and maintain a statewide consumer rental database that tracks bad tenants and abusive landlords.

• Reform property rights that protect the owner from frivolous lawsuits, illegal squatters, and abusive politicians.

• Ban and revoke any Missouri property ownership to all US foreign adversaries and their affiliates.

Public Safety:

Refund and reform all Missouri law enforcement agencies that prioritize enforcement on criminal activities versus ordinance/regulatory violations.

• Minimal salary requirements for all Missouri law enforcement agencies.

• Fully fund all State Mental Healthcare Services. Refocusing efforts with long-term psychotherapy, drug/alcohol treatments, and occupational rehabilitation/training.

• Implement stronger prison sentences and penalties against repeat violent felons. Require all State convicts to work and pay for their penitentiary stay and upkeep, alleviating the burdens placed on Missouri taxpayers.

• Offer merit based incentives to convicted non-violent felony offenders that reward opportunities to those who prove themselves reformed that would include a pathway to restoring their 2A rights.

• Hold accountable the parents/guardians of violent juvenile repeat offenders that include lengthy prison sentences.

• Create and fund a state anti-terrorist law enforcement agency that solely focuses on investigating and eliminating foreign and domestic threats within Missouri.
